How it Works
Step 1 - Data Selection
Determine the program and mailer type:
A. Consumer Data -
Optimize your marketing expenditures by minimizing the time and labor you spend pursuing unresponsive or unqualified prospects. Our Consumer data provides critical baseline information for developing and executing segmentation and profiling strategies.
B.
Homeowner Data - Homeowner information is the key to targeting consumers for home lending products and many varieties of financial services. Our Homeowner data integrates best-in-class data from multiple sources to deliver a comprehensive profile of over 50 million owner occupied properties, including first mortgages, home equity loans, refi's and FHA/VA loans.
C. Prescreen Data - Marketers in the financial services and insurance industries are doubly challenged due to their need to locate specific targets and manage risk simultaneously. By seamlessly integrating multiple sources of credit, homeowner, and demographic data to create a multi-dimensional view of your prospects, our Prescreen data helps you drive response, close loans, control expenses, and generate positive ROI on your direct marketing strategy.
Next, determine your mailing list zip codes and the target audience demographics, with special attention to each person's EXACT FICO credit score, their LTV, credit card debt, payment history and behavioral attributes.
Step 2 - Multi-Channel Communication Delivery
Using Experian credit data, we target the best potential prospects based on such information as their exact FICO scores, current credit card debt, payment history, behavioral attributes, available equity in the home and more. Essentially, this is like pulling a credit report on each customer before we mail. You can build the exact type of loan you want to generate based on each client's credit report! We send these people direct mail in specific zip codes and then target a wider audience in your state via telemarketing and the Internet.
A. Direct Mail to Internet Response:
In the direct mail letter, we give each customer an instant loan activation code number. When they visit the web site they enter this code number and their mini loan application is automatically completed. When the customer enters their code number the lead is generated and this information is immediately delivered to the loan officer via e-mail. Customers will also call the LO via our toll-free tracking number.
B. Internet Response:
We don't use affiliates or search engines -- which generate poor quality leads. Your mortgage company is featured in locally targeted banner advertising on a network of major web sites such as Weather.com and About.com. When a loan prospects clicks on the link, they are taken to a web site contact form that is customized towards your specific mortgage company. They submit the contact form to request a mortgage quote, and you have a truly exclusive lead... at a very affordable cost.
C. Telemarketing Follow-Up
After the lead is generated, an instant e-mail is sent to the client with your contact information. Most important, our telemarketing department calls the phone number given to make sure it is a working number. We warm the customer up by communicating the fact that the loan officer will be calling in 24 to 48 hours.
Step 3 - Response Technology
A. Web Responses
When the loan prospect enters their “instant loan activation code,” the mini loan application is completed for them online. Once this takes place, this hot and exclusive lead is immediately e-mailed to the loan officer.
You will be provided special instructions on how to manage and ultimately close the loan using our unique program that differentiates your company from the competition and adds value to the loan offer. Once prospects have responded to the offer, an optional sales lead management application tracks marketing ROI and the progress of each salesperson with the lead.
B. Telephone Responses
Direct Mail Network uses Who's Calling's unique call measurements and monitoring service. It tracks your inbound calls by utilizing toll free numbers, and provides meaningful reports in real-time. You'll know who's calling, what prompted them to call, when they called, how long they stayed on the line-and more. Who's Calling now offers you a level of intelligence far beyond simple tracking information.
